Rockwell/Allen-Bradley Employee Parking Structure – Milwaukee, Wisconsin

The parking structure has a capacity of 1,350 cars, distributed over five levels. The lighting was designed to provide horizontal, as well as vertical illumination. A lighting control system was designed to minimize the energy usage by controlling exterior, stairwell and interior lighting levels with respect to ambient lighting conditions.

Through a connecting pedestrian bridge, the power distribution system utilizes a feed from an adjacent building.
Life safety systems in the structure include ADA audio/visual rescue assistance system, fire alarm system for air handling shutdown, elevator recall and a comprehensive CCTV system with pan/tilt/zoom capabilities.
